Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP/PRF)

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and its second generation Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) improve your complexion and reverse the signs of aging by harnessing your body’s natural healing growth factors.

PRP - Platelet Rich Plasma is the derivative of blood centrifuged at a high speed. The blood is separated into two layers – the bottom layer is comprised of red, white, and stem cells while the lighter weight platelets and plasma rise to the top and contains an anticoagulant.

PRF - Platelet Rich Fibrin is the next-generation PRP. It is also a derivative of blood but, centrifuged at a low speed separating the blood into layers that are not as distinct as PRP.  This allows some of the white cells, growth factors, and stem cells, along with the platelets, to be collected from a tube that has no anticoagulant additive.

Each are equally powerful. Your medical professional will let you know which choice is best for you.

Choose From

PRP/PRF Facial

Our regenerative microneedling treatment plus PRP or PRF harnesses your body’s own natural healing agents to improve your skin’s health and complexion while stimulating new collagen growth. Microneedling creates microscopic breaks just beneath the surface of your skin, allowing the PRP or PRF and other topical growth factors to get deep into your skin. This combination allows for tightening and smoothing, collagen stimulation, and overall skin rejuvenation.

PRP/PRF Hair

Treat thinning hair or hair loss with our totally natural, nonsurgical, alternative medical treatment. Your nutrient-rich PRP or PRF is injected into your scalp through a process of injections and microneedling to rejuvenate your hair follicles and create new collagen, tissue, and blood vessels.

PRF Under Eyes

Injected under the eye, PRF is an all-natural way to improve under eye pigmentation & tone, it also enhances skin firmness, texture and thickness.

I had to try the PRP with microneedling after seeing so much of it on Instagram. There was some swelling and redness immediately following the procedure however by the next day, things had settled down. My skin now feels so smooth and soft. I love the way it looks and hope to make this procedure part of my routine.

FAQ'S

How does it work?

Human blood consists of several components, including platelet rich plasma (PRP) and platelet rich fibrin (PRF) – both are full of growth factors that repair damage in the body. Long been used in sports medicine, dentistry, and pain management to accelerate healing, a PRP or PRF procedure utilizes your own plasma to regenerate your skin or scalp.

We first administer a blood draw and then use a centrifuge to separate the blood components. It’s then used to improve complexion or reverse the signs of aging through microneedling, which uses tiny sterile needles to inject the PRP into the targeted area. This method is ideal because microneedling on it’s own also has regenerative benefits! PRP and PRP can be used under the eyes, on the face, on the scalp, as well as many other areas.

What can I expect during the treatment?

To achieve your anti-aging goals, this rich concentration of platelets, blood must be drawn from your body and put through a process of centrifugation to separate the platelets from the other blood. The increased concentration of platelets is then combined with the remaining blood. The PRP can then be used in conjunction with treatments such as microneedling, facials, injectables and threading to increase their effectiveness. PRP can also be used to treat thinning hair and hair loss. We also apply numbing cream so you feel comfortable during the treatment.

What are the results?

The nutrient-rich PRP/PRF will rejuvenate your hair follicles and create new collagen, tissue, and blood vessels. If injected as a facial, you will see improvements to your skin’s tone and texture, a softening of fine lines, and firemer, tighter skin as new collagen is produced and your tissue regenerates.

Is it safe?

Yes! Our PRP/PRF treatments use PRP derived from your own blood, so there’s no risk of an allergic reaction. You may experience a slight discomfort during the treatment. Some mild bruising may occur following the treatment, but this will subside within a few days.
