At CC Medical, we pride ourselves on offering the best care for our clients. Our policies are designed to ensure a truly satisfying visit with us. 

STAFF

All Staff are New York State licensed and trained at CC Medical.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

We are happy to assist with your appointment reservations. If you’d like to speak to a CC Medical representative, please call us at 631-314-4456 or text us at 844.947.6272. You are also welcomed to book online at www.ccmedicalli.com. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments. 

CONSULTATIONS

While we offer a great selection of high quality, results-oriented services, not all procedures are suitable for everyone. We require consultations for most laser procedures and injectables. Individually designed treatment plans help us carefully deliver optimal results. Please contact us to schedule.

  • We charge $100.00 for consultations which we’ll happily apply to any procedure you decide to have.  Our consultations for Medically Supervised Weight Loss ($250) and BioTE ($150) are not applied towards the treatment.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Cash and CC Medical gift certificates. We do not accept personal checks.

TIPPING

Tips for our esthetician may be paid in cash or charged to your credit card. 15-20% is customary, however, the amount you leave is truly at your discretion.

PUNCTUALITY

When booking services at CC Medical, your appointment is scheduled with a doctor or esthetician, whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:

  • You may opt to shorten your treatment

  • You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us, however, we do ask that you kindly provide 24-hours’ notice. Regretfully, no-shows will forfeit their advanced deposits.   

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

We are sorry, skin care products are not refundable. When you purchase a series or package of treatments, you will receive a discounted price. Because of this discounted price, the payment must be made at the beginning of your course. Unfortunately, these courses are non-refundable. 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Let us help you pamper that special person. Gift vouchers for any treatment, package or spa products may be purchased at the front desk or from our website via credit card.
